Health, Safety & Environment Training (HSE)

Available to certify or refresh your workforce onsite, offshore, or remotely when required. It is critical to ensure your crew is trained on the minimum safety requirements.

These courses and trainings are accredited, ensuring safety and compliance with international regulations and company safety standard requirements.

    Technical & customized training (TCT)

Allows employees to comply with the technical, regulatory, and development training needed to achieve the requirements and competence for the job. Our programs are designed to be standardized, scalable and repeatable. Safeguarding the knowledge transfer, and the consistency of the trainings.

Our approach is practical and focused on the desired learning objectives. Through the implementation of strict stakeholder management strategies, we ensure successful project delivery on time and on budget.

    CREW Familiarization System Training (CFST)

Through first-hand experience, ICM recommends undertaking a CFST program where employees need exposure to the site equipment or systems, due to a new or reactivation project, high turnover, or simply a lack of competence.

This hands-on training under the guidance or supervision of an experienced coach, allows crews to get familiar with the equipment and systems they operate, ensuring they have the right skills, decreasing the chances of equipment damage and preventing accidents.

Such program can be linked to the On-the-Job Training - OJT material associated with the Competence Assurance Program of a company.

    Equipment Induction Material(EIM)

The EIM is an e-learning induction focused on equipment or processes and is becoming an industry requirement moving forward. Equipment inductions are as important as onsite safety inductions, and applicable to every employee when it is not possible to complete CFST onboard with a trainer.

Equipment, systems, and their environments vary on all sites, this specific custom-made and unique solution is designed to ensure that crews understand the minimum safety and operational requirements before operating the equipment.

Finally, the test results reassure the employer that the new employee has the minimum required refresher and necessary knowledge, prior to the job.

    Equipment Operator License(EOL)

The EOL solution ensures the competence of the individuals to operate. It is a guarantee for our client that the operator detains the minimum required knowledge, and skills to manipulate his/her assigned equipment.

This license can be acquired through CFST practical assessment onsite, or through the completion of EIM training compiled with Remote Assessment Certification – RAC (through smart glasses, phones, cameras, or tablets.

This program can also be linked to the skills set associated to the Competence Assurance Program of a company and used as OJT material, providing an unbiased assessment, and reducing the workload of internal assessors.

    Performance Coaching(PC)

Once you are sure that your personnel are familiar and comfortable to run their assigned equipment, Performance Coaching extends the required knowledge by providing the crew advice, assurance, and confidence to reach consistency through hands on operations process, and delivery. It is an essential part in ensuring safe and effective operations program and start up.

This on-the-job training offers high retention with experienced subject matter trainers and ultimately enhances performance, standardization, planning and KPI’s.

    Non-technical & Human Factors
    NHF

Of all the trainings we provide, the most crucial in building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and cognitive ability is the Non-technical & Human Factors Training. It supports the development of individuals within the organization and not only its leaders.

Participants will learn the tools and techniques to enhance communication, decision making, teamwork and coping mechanisms to address occupational stressors and psychological burdens. NHF is an important piece of an employee required competence, especially for critical jobs.

    Competence Assurance Program(CAP)

We have been developing and implementing Competence Assurance Programs for energy organizations and providing support for international accreditations for over 10 years. These programs include reporting and system auditing, enhancing standards and industry capabilities.

We collaborate with operations/key stake holders to build CAP systems in-line with company needs.

CAP then shows the importance of each service working in sync, to allow the measure of competencies acquired to be assessed, and that the data associated is being used for further development.
